The KHMC100 UT is a high-rigidity, high-precision composite machining equipment independently developed by Kede CNC. It integrates the dual advantages of horizontal and vertical machining centers, with multiple processing capabilities including turning, milling, drilling, and boring. Adopting a platform-based design concept and L-shaped wall layout, its core components are optimized through finite element analysis to achieve a balance between high stability and heavy cutting capacity. Equipped with independently developed torque motor direct-drive A/B axes, the zero-backlash transmission design meets the requirements of complex surface machining. It can complete multi-surface processing with one-time clamping, significantly improving production efficiency.
