This 30L multi-functional distillation jacketed glass reactor integrates the functions of reaction and distillation, combining the advantages of a glass reactor and a distillation column, and is suitable for scenarios that require simultaneous reaction and product separation, such as organic synthesis purification, natural product extraction, and pharmaceutical intermediate production. The reactor is equipped with a complete set of distillation system, including a 500mm stainless steel packed column, a condenser, a receiving bottle group, and a reflux ratio controller, which can realize precise separation of different components in the reaction product. It has the same precise temperature control and stirring functions as ordinary glass reactors, meeting the R&D and small-scale production needs of multiple industries.
