This 2D wide field of view flash measuring system is designed for rapid full inspection of large-size flat workpieces in the automotive, home appliance and mold industries. It supports image stitching function, which can realize full-size detection of workpieces larger than the field of view by stitching multiple shot images. With a measurement speed of 0.3 seconds per piece, it can complete 100% full inspection of mass-produced large parts in a short time, effectively solving the problem that traditional measuring instruments cannot quickly detect large-size workpieces. It adopts a reinforced aviation aluminum base to ensure the stability of long-term operation in the production line environment.
