This crawler-type wire rope flaw detector is specially designed for detection of wire ropes in high-altitude or hard-to-reach working scenarios, such as wind power generation tower traction ropes, steep slope sightseeing cableway ropes, and high-altitude suspension bridge steel cables. It is equipped with a crawler walking device that can automatically walk on the surface of the wire rope, eliminating the need for manual climbing or close-range operation, reducing the safety risks of high-altitude operations. It combines magnetic flux leakage detection and ultrasonic testing technology to achieve all-round detection of wire rope defects, improving the accuracy of internal corrosion detection.
