This gantry-type large-scale metallographic cutter is specially designed for cutting oversized metallographic samples, suitable for large metal castings, industrial components and large-size composite materials. It adopts a gantry structural design, which has high rigidity and stability, able to bear large cutting force and ensure stable cutting accuracy for samples up to 300mm in diameter. Equipped with a high-power 3kW motor and pneumatic multi-point clamping system, it can firmly fix large-size samples and provide sufficient cutting power for various hard materials. The large-flow water cooling and dust removal system effectively reduces cutting temperature and collects debris, meeting the processing needs of large-scale sample preparation.
