This underreamed anti-floating anchor rod is a high-bearing capacity anchoring product specially developed for large underground engineering in soft soil areas and high groundwater levels. By expanding the diameter of the pile bottom at the anchorage section, the contact area with the surrounding rock and soil is greatly increased, thereby improving the overall uplift bearing capacity, effectively offsetting the groundwater uplift force of large underground buildings and ensuring the safety and stability of the structure. It is suitable for scenarios such as large underground oil tank farms, high-speed railway station underground structures, super high-rise underground commercial spaces, etc. In soft soil areas, due to the low bonding strength of rock and soil, the bearing capacity of traditional straight rod anti-floating anchor rods often cannot meet the anti-floating needs of large underground buildings. This underreamed anti-floating anchor rod forms an enlarged head at the anchorage section through a special underreaming drill bit, greatly increasing the contact area between the anchor rod and the rock and soil, improving the uplift bearing capacity, solving the pain point of anti-floating support in soft soil areas. The product adopts HRB500 grade high-strength steel bar, combined with high-pressure grouting process, which can strengthen the bonding force between the anchorage section and the surrounding rock and soil, further improving the stability of the overall structure, with a service life of more than 70 years, providing long-term reliable anti-floating guarantee for large underground engineering.
