This custom ceramic matrix composite extrusion die is specially developed for the precision extrusion molding of special ceramic matrix composite materials such as silicon nitride and alumina. It adopts YG8 cemented carbide with high compressive strength and good wear resistance, combined with mirror polishing and DLC coating surface treatment to reduce the friction coefficient and improve the demolding performance. The vacuum temperature-controlled cooling system can accurately control the molding temperature of the ceramic matrix composite, avoiding the cracking and deformation of the ceramic parts during the molding process. Compared with traditional molding processes, it can effectively reduce the defective rate of ceramic matrix composite parts and improve the production efficiency of special ceramic components, meeting the high-precision requirements of aerospace, new energy energy storage and high-end medical equipment manufacturing.
