基本信息
This high whiteness calcined kaolin is specially produced for ceramic manufacturing. It undergoes high-temperature calcination at 1200℃ to remove organic impurities and moisture from raw kaolin, boasting an ISO whiteness of 92% and a stable crystal structure. Developed for daily-use ceramics, architectural ceramics and special ceramics fields, it effectively solves industry pain points such as high firing shrinkage rate, insufficient billet density and uneven whiteness of finished products of traditional kaolin. It can significantly improve the sintering performance of ceramic billets, reduce the firing temperature by about 50-80℃, and optimize the gloss, mechanical strength and appearance color of finished products, providing high-quality functional filler solutions for ceramic manufacturing enterprises.
