This is a specialized chemical blowing agent designed for the production of polyurethane flexible foams. It releases inert gas through thermal decomposition to achieve uniform foaming, mainly used for furniture mattresses, automotive seat linings and other scenarios. It solves the pain points of uneven foaming and unstable pore size of traditional blowing agents, and adapts to mainstream polyurethane foaming processes.
