This pilot-scale jacketed glass reactor is designed for the transition stage from laboratory R&D to mass production, realizing batch synthesis of 200L scale. It solves the problem that small-scale reactors cannot meet the demand of medium-batch production, and is suitable for fine chemical and pharmaceutical intermediate production. The PLC control system can realize fully automatic regulation of temperature, stirring speed and vacuum degree, reducing manual operation errors.
