The fertilizer automatic packing machine is a key device for the finished fertilizer packaging process, integrating multiple functions such as quantitative weighing, automatic bagging and sealing. It can efficiently handle various forms of finished fertilizer materials including granules, powder and flakes. The equipment adopts a PLC programmable control system paired with high-precision weighing sensors, controlling the packing weight error within ±0.2%FS to ensure uniform weight per bag. Its packing speed can be adjusted according to material characteristics and packaging specifications, reaching up to 22 bags per minute, which greatly improves packaging efficiency and reduces labor costs. The equipment is suitable for bags of different specifications ranging from 3kg to 100kg; the sealing method can be selected as sewing or heat sealing to meet the requirements of different packaging materials and processes. It is widely used in the large-scale packaging of various fertilizer products such as urea, compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer and micro-fertilizer, and is a core device for improving the automation level and product standardization degree of production lines.
